Pre-purchase Inspection
Beggs Building Co are well known in the Blue Mountains and Western Plains for providing the local community with prompt, efficient and effective pre-purchase building inspections. They need a maximum of two days notice and can do an inspection within a 24 hour turn around.
When Beggs Building Co do your building inspection, you have assurance that a currently licensed and "hands on" builder with 30 years experience will be doing your inspection. This means that the inspector knows what faults to look for because of years of experience in the building industry. It also means that you will be informed of any potential building problems quickly as well as get sound advice on rectification of those problems with a reliable estimate on costs to do the repairs.
Clients who have had building inspections done by Beggs Building Co can ring at anytime with questions regarding the inspection results. Beggs Building also can look at the potential for extension and renovation at the time of the pre-purchase inspection and can recommend various trades for any faulty or new works.
Beggs Building Co has Professional Indemnity Insurance and can show a Certificate of Currency at any time. Beggs Building Co can build new extension and renovations to the house being purchased and you have the reassurance of knowing that you are dealing with a building company and building team that is licensed and reputable.

You can show our Master Builder your house and Extension Plans and he will show you ways of improving the design for energy efficiency, cost or to suit the location.

SOLID WALL OF 300MM THICK FORM BLOCKS are a combination of rammed earth and mud bricks done onsite with similar heat retention and absorption properties to rammed earth walls
NORTH FACING HIGHLIGHT WINDOWS to optimise LIGHT and HEAT and to have sunlight penetrate deep into the house in winter and to minimise sun in summer

In a BUSH FIRE ZONE, we have used flame resistant hardwood frames on double glazed windows, mini corrugated panels on top and brick underneath part of dwelling, concrete floor/stairs with flame resistant hardwood handrail, steel handrails and balustrades, adequate water tanks exclusively for fire fighting and Sycon Linea cladding in lieu of timber weatherboard.
